RIGHT CLICK THE PIC ANDS SAVE IT TO YOUR COMPUTER
THEN....
TO ADD ICON TO AIM :
1st go to your buddy list
window
2nd go to MY AIM at the top
3rd go to EDIT OPTIONS > EDIT PREFERENCES
4th Go down to BUDDY ICONS
5th in buddy icons window go to browse pc
6th open saved pic
